How to Export Leads from DealSauce

Exporting leads from DealSauce is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to efficiently download your lead data:

Step 1: Search for Leads

1. Log in to your DealSauce account and navigate to the Property Search section.

2. Use the search bar at the top to enter your location (e.g., "Atlanta").

   • As shown in the image, select the desired cities from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Apply Filters (Optional)

1. Click the Filters button next to the search bar to refine your results.

   • You can filter by property type, ownership status, equity percentage, and more.

2. Once your filters are set, click Apply to update the results.

Step 3: Select Leads

1. Review the list of leads displayed on the right-hand side.

2. Use the checkboxes to select individual leads or click the checkbox at the top to select all leads in the current view.

Step 4: Export Leads

1. Click the My Leads button located at the top of the page.

2. Make sure the leads you to download want are selected.

   • To remove leads from the list, click the red "X" button to the right of the lead. Once your list is confirmed, click Download.

3. Once you click Download, you will be asked to select Standard or Facebook Custom Audience.

   • Always select Standard if you are not uploading your leads to the Facebook Ads Manager platform.

   • When downloading Standard leads, we recommend you select all information options. You never know where that extra info can lead you.

4. When your Deal Sauce Leads Export is ready, the Export button will appear.

   • Click Export to view your lists available for download

5. Download your chosen Leads Export list from the Exports history.

• Ensure you have a compatible program (e.g., Excel) to open the exported file.
