  • Category - Specify which category your requested help doc should be placed in:

    • Account Support: Login issues, password resets, profile management, and account settings

    • Billing: Payment methods, invoices, subscription management, and billing inquiries

    • Exports: Data export processes, file formats, and export troubleshooting

    • Lead Management: CRM features, lead tracking, contact management, and sales pipeline tools

    • Other: Topics that don't fit into the above categories

    • Team Management: Adding/removing team members, permissions, roles, and collaboration features

    • Trainings: Educational resources, tutorials, onboarding guides, and skill development

    • Trials & Upgrades: Free trial information, plan comparisons, upgrade processes, and feature access
