Refund Policy

  1. Free Trial Period

    • DealSauce offers a 14-day free trial to explore the platform.

    • If you cancel your subscription by emailing [email protected] within 10 days before renewal, you will not be charged.

    • If you are charged after canceling within the trial, you may be eligible for a refund if the request was submitted at least 10 days before the account was charged.

  2. Monthly Subscriptions

    • Refunds for monthly subscriptions are generally not provided unless there is a billing error.

    • If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support for assistance.

  3. Annual Subscriptions

    • Refunds for annual subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    • If you were charged due to error, reach out to support for review.

  4. Hard Goods

    • If you have purchased a “hard good” (for example, a book or other tangible product) from Deal Sauce or any related brands, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions:

      • Submit your refund request in writing by emailing [email protected].

      • Ensure your refund request is made within 30 days of your purchase date.

      • Return any physical items (hard goods) to DealSauce promptly. You’ll receive detailed shipping instructions via email after submitting your refund request.

      • All returned items must be in like-new, resellable condition. DealSauce will determine this based on reasonable discretion.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Verify Your Subscription Status

    • Log into your DealSauce account and check your subscription details under the "Billing" section.

    • Provide the following details:

      • Full Name

      • Email Address associated with your account

      • Subscription Type (Monthly or Annual)

      • Reason for the refund request

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.


Common Scenarios

I canceled during the free trial but was charged:

  • Contact support immediately with proof of cancellation. If verified, a refund will be issued.

I forgot to cancel before the trial ended:

  • Unfortunately, charges after the trial are non-refundable. However, you can cancel to avoid future charges.
